Death of 3 years old schoolgirl in Abu Dhabi

On the 7^th October a three years old schoolgirl was found dead in the bus because of suffocation. Five people was palmed of being responsible for the death Nizaha Alaa the Indian girl, the bus driver, on-board supervisor, owner of the transport company, the school principal and another employee.

The three years old girl was mistakenly locked inside a school bus and every five of the defendants denied their responsibility of her death. However, the court sent the bus driver and the supervisor to jail for three years. In addition, the school “Al Worood Academy” was ordered to close and fined Dh 150,000.
